In our first 2 years we’ve experienced growth, and now we’re looking for an Administration Assistant to join our team.

Overview of the Role:
· 5 hours per week
· Flexible hours
Your role will include supporting the student applications process by following up missing information, scheduling interviews, setting up new students in our systems, and owning the process to get people ready to start school.
Your role will also include other administrative support tasks to support current students and the day-to-day operation of school. This will include responding to emails, managing calendars, booking travel and other office duties.
Requirements for the Ideal Candidate:
· Excellent administration and coordination ability
· Pervious experience in clerical duties
· Excellent communication
· Microsoft Office
· BSSM training or study of other Bethel or evangelistic materials would be considered an asset
· Own your own laptop
